Tim began his own law practice in May of 2000 and has remained in private practice since that time. During his 16+ years of practicing law, Tim has learned that each client, and each case, is unique and requires attention to detail. In order to ensure that he is able to provide his clients with the best and most economical representation, Tim takes the time to listen to their situation and advise them of the "realities" of their matter and not simply tell them what they want to hear in order to obtain their business. Tim believes firmly in letting his clients make fully informed decisions and does not hesitate to advise a client against a course of action which he does not believe to be in their best interests.

Tim obtained his undergraduate Degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma in May of 1995, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Economics. While attending Oklahoma State University, Tim served as the Chief Justice of the Residence Hall Judicial Board and as a Resident Advisor for Four years.

During his career, Tim has handled a diverse caseload, from Civil Rights Litigation with regard to Sex, Disability, Race, Religion, National Origin, and age, to Complex Business and Real Estate Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, and even small claims cases related to fraudulent used car deals. Tim has a very successful record, which he attributes to the fact that he not only properly advises his clients from
the beginning of the case, but ensures that he only associates with attorneys and assistants who share his vision of attention to detail, personalized service, and possess
the qualities that ensure the best representation possible for his clients. Tim has been interviewed on several occasions by local television and newspapers in relation to general Real Estate issues and particular cases and has also been a presenter at numerous seminars, presentations and continuing education programs related to construction and real estate issues.

Tim's clients quickly learn that he is not intimidated by the "Big Guys" and in fact has had successful outcomes in cases where the opponents have been represented by the five largest law firms in Oklahoma City, and has also obtained successful outcomes for clients in cases against the City of Oklahoma City, the State of Oklahoma, and the United States Air Force.
